location is the only plus of the property

A very poor selection of food, served in limited portions - you need to queue gfor meat all the time. Fish is cooked terribly - although I am not picky for food, but the selection and quality is really really poor. Drinks are half (if not more) mixed with water, wine is not even drinkable. Also I wanted to have a dinner before I left to the airport - they told me that it costs 15 eur (even though I stayed with my family who did not eat on their check-in day). No drinking water on the floors!!! You can refill your bottle in a bar only. Additionally, they don`t want to refill it in a bar to your plastic bottle - only using their plastic glasses. A huge waste of plastic. Rooms are old-fashioned - old sinks and bath tubes, old-fashioned TVs Wifi is provided to Bookingcom guests only, but I travelled with my parents who booked a room through an agency and they had to pay for the internet additionally!!! Insane that the property doesn`t have free wifi for everyone.
